General Terms and Conditions

Introduction


These terms and conditions and the documents referred and linked to below (the “Terms”) set
out the basis upon which the website operated under the URL doublejack.online (the “Website”)
and its related or connected services (collectively, the “Service”) will be provided to you.


Please read these Terms carefully, as they form a binding legal agreement between you, our
customer (“Customer”), and us. By opening an account (the “Account”) and using the Service,
you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any amendments that may be published

All doublejack.online products are operated by Graucus Trade Ltd, a limited liability company
registered in Hong Kong with registration number 74414217, and a registered address at Unit
1411, 14th floor Cosco Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.


The Service is licensed and regulated under the Gaming Act, issued by the Tobique Gaming
Commission.


Definitions


Lottery – A numerical game that involves a drawing of numbers.
Drawing – The process of selecting a certain number of specified standard or bonus numbers
within a lottery. Drawings occur at regularly scheduled intervals on specific days and times, as
determined by the lottery operator.
Operator –The organization responsible for conducting the drawing in a particular lottery.
Ticket – An electronic entry for a specific lottery drawing that includes one or more lines of
selected numbers.
Line – A line refers to a single set of numbers chosen for a specific lottery drawing. Depending
on the lottery, it may include varying amounts and/or a different range of standard and bonus
numbers (if applicable).
Winnings – A favorable result for a specific ticket, indicating that a match required to win has
occurred between a set number defined by the lottery of your selected numbers and those
drawn in the drawing for which the ticket was purchased. These numbers may come from the
pool of standard and, if applicable, bonus numbers for one or more lines included in the ticket.
Any additional winnings associated with the ticket are not considered part of the winnings and
belong to the company.
Deposit – The amount of money added to your account, which can later be used to buy tickets.
Account – Your user profile, which contains your funds, purchased tickets, and associated
personal data.


General Terms


We reserve the right to amend the Terms, including any documents referred and linked to below,
at any time. When an amendment is not substantial, we may not provide you with prior notice.
You will be notified of material changes to the Terms, which may require you to re-confirm
acceptance before they take effect. If you object to any such changes, you must immediately
stop using the Service. Continued use of the Service indicates your agreement to be bound by
such changes.

Services

  1. The website offers services for purchasing, processing, and storing tickets for your
    selected drawings, as well as placing deposits to be used for future ticket purchases.
  2. The tickets you purchase are handled by us and sent to third-party entities to physically
    buy them at official lottery outlets. Alternatively, they may be processed by another
    service (depending on the specific lottery, the size of its current main winnings, or the
    company’s decision) that ensures you receive benefits equivalent to those from a
    physically purchased ticket.
  3. Given the instantaneous processing of the service, it is not possible to cancel a ticket
    purchase. Therefore, all ticket purchase transactions are final and cannot be canceled or
    refunded.
  4. The amount of winnings will always match the official amount provided by the lottery’s
    operator (after deducting any applicable fees) and will be converted to your account’s
    currency based on the current exchange rate. Taxes, customs duties, and other fees
    may be deducted from the winnings by both the operator and the company. However,
    you are responsible for covering all taxes, customs duties, and other fees related to
    claiming the winnings.
  5. Winnings up to a certain amount (based on the current exchange rate) will be
    automatically deposited into your account. Winnings exceeding a certain amount will be
    reviewed individually and may either be manually deposited into your account or require
    your personal appearance to collect them. You will be informed of all the necessary
    procedures. You also agree to take any necessary actions, submit required documents,
    or sign agreements as needed to collect your winnings.
  6. You acknowledge that your data (including personal information) may be shared with the
    operator and other third-party entities if necessary to collect the winnings.
  7. The company does not offer its own number games. Instead, lotteries are organized and
    managed by third-party operators. The company is not directly affiliated with any of these
    operators. Any references to the operators on the website are for informational purposes
    only and do not promote the services of any particular operator, nor do they indicate any
    affiliation with them.
  8. By using the services on the website, you confirm that all funds used to purchase tickets
    or make deposits are legally owned by you and have not been stolen, restricted, or
    reported as lost to the relevant authorities.
  9. The ticket price includes a service fee for the website’s offerings. By using the website,
    you waive any right to dispute, debate, or make claims regarding this price and
    acknowledge that it may differ from the official price set by the operator.
  10. All ticket purchase orders for a specific drawing must be placed before the drawing date
    and time. The deadline for submitting ticket purchase orders varies for each lottery. We
    reserve the right to adjust the times if the operator postpones the drawing date, which is
    beyond our control. Any ticket purchase orders placed between the time specified and
    the drawing time will only be applicable for the next drawing of that particular lottery, and
    you will be explicitly informed of this during the purchase process. The date of a ticket
    purchase order is considered to be the date when the receipt is received from the
    payment gateway you used for payment, or the recorded date of the purchase made
    with your deposit. If we provide the receipt or the purchase order using your deposit after
    the drawing date and time specified, we reserve the right to automatically move the ticket
    to the next lottery drawing for which it was purchased.
  11. In the event of rare and unintentional errors in the website’s software or other
    malfunctions that prevent a ticket from being purchased as requested, the company will
    compensate for the unfulfilled purchase by providing a ticket for another drawing of the
    same or a different lottery, or by refunding the ticket purchase cost in the form of
    additional funds deposited into your account. The company’s liability is limited to the cost
    of the ticket purchase.
  12. For each order, you can purchase up to 20 tickets, with a total order amount not
    exceeding $1000. Each ticket can contain a maximum of 25 lines.
  13. Participating in a drawing (by purchasing a ticket) is governed by these terms of use, as
    well as the applicable laws, regulations, and rules of the lottery.
  14. In the event of an error that results in unearned winnings being granted to you or an
    increase in your existing winnings, you are not entitled to them. You must immediately
    notify the company of such an occurrence and return the erroneously calculated
    winnings to the company as directed. Alternatively, the company may, at its discretion,
    withdraw the equivalent amount from your account.
  15. Keypads Limited (Keypads), with a registered office at Griva Digeni, 1, RENANDA
    COMPLEX, BLOCK 1, Apartment/Office 11, Agios Tychonas, 4532, Limassol, Cyprus, is
    responsible for some of the payment services. Keypads is a wholly owned subsidiary
    owned by Graucus.

Management of Account

  1. To use the services provided by the website, you must create an account by successfully
    completing the registration process.
  2. To complete the registration process, you need an email account and to provide your full
    name and country of residence. To fully activate your account, you must click the
    activation link sent to the email address you provided during registration. You can use
    the account without full activation, but some website features may be unavailable.
  3. By creating an account, you affirm that the detailed information you provide during
    registration and updates is accurate and correct, and you will promptly update it in case
    of any changes. You also agree not to share your account with third-party individuals or
    entities, acknowledging that doing so may result in the suspension or deletion of your
    account.
  4. By using the website and its services, you agree to act with good intentions towards the
    company and other users.
  5. You are permitted to have only one account on the website. By creating an account, you
    confirm that you have not previously had an active account that was suspended or
    deleted. If you do not meet these requirements, the company reserves the right to
    suspend or delete all accounts in your possession.
  6. The company reserves the right to request additional information and documents to
    verify your identity at any time. Your account may be suspended until these requirements
    are met.
  7. The company reserves the right to immediately suspend an account or block access to
    the website without providing a reason. You will be notified of the account suspension via
    an email sent to the address specified in your account profile.
  8. The company reserves the right to delete a suspended account if you do not fulfill the
    unblocking requirements within 30 calendar days from the suspension date or if we do
    not receive your appeal. Appeals are responded to within 30 calendar days. If the appeal
    response is negative, your account may be deleted 30 calendar days after the appeal
    review. If the appeal response is positive, your account will be unblocked within 48
    hours.
  9. In the event of a permanent suspension (lasting longer than 60 calendar days) or
    deletion of an account, the deposit will be returned by whichever means agreed upon
    between you and the company, up to the amount of funds legally transferred to the
    account.
  10. The company reserves the right to withhold winnings assigned to a suspended or
    deleted account if the tickets containing the winnings were purchased in violation of
    existing laws or the terms of use. Such winnings will be seized by the company. The
    company’s decision to seize winnings is final and cannot be appealed.
  11. You agree to fully cooperate with the company and provide all necessary documentation
    in good faith, particularly for account verification and to collect winnings.
  12. You acknowledge that you are responsible for accounting for and paying taxes and other
    payments required by the government or other lawmaking entities of your country, place
    of stay, or residence, as a result of using the website (including, but not limited to,
    winnings fees). However, you accept that the company may withhold funds from your
    deposit to cover necessary expenses, payments, and taxes required by law related to
    your account, as well as additional payments and costs associated with ticket purchases
    and deposit withdrawals.
  13. The company is not responsible for any losses or actions resulting from unauthorized
    access to your account using your account’s access data (email and password). You are
    also required to notify the company if you suspect any unauthorized access to your
    account.
  14. You agree not to initiate any chargeback operations or cancel any payments made by
    you in relation to the services. You will compensate the company for any losses, costs,
    or damages resulting from such actions and will fulfill all resulting obligations towards the
    company.
  15. You agree not to use the account or make it available to third parties for illegal purposes,
    including fraud, money laundering, or any other objectionable activities. You also agree
    not to attempt, personally or through third parties, to breach security, reverse engineer,
    obtain the source code, modify, or perform any actions that could cause damage to the
    website, the company, its infrastructure, or its employees.
  16. In the event of violating the above declaration, the company is authorized to disclose all
    information and data related to the account to the proper authorities, suspend or delete
    the account, and confiscate all funds in the account, including the deposit and winnings.
    The company may also take other discretionary actions not specified in these terms of
    use.
  17. You authorize the company to share your data and notify proper authorities, internet
    service providers, banks, payment card companies, electronic payment service
    providers, or other financial institutions of any suspicious, unlawful, deceitful, or
    inappropriate actions taken by you or through the use of your account. You agree to fully
    cooperate with the company to investigate and disclose such actions.
  18. You agree to compensate the company and waive all claims against the company for
    any demands, summons, obligations, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including
    legal fees, arising from your violation of these terms of use or any other obligations
    resulting from your use of the account.
  19. You hereby agree that in order to use the services and place a game entry, you must
    provide the company with payment details and/or transfer funds into your user account
    (“Play Credits”) by any specified method. Funds will be deposited into your user account
    upon actual receipt by the company. Minimum and maximum limits may apply for
    transferring funds into and out of your user account, depending on your history with the
    company, the deposit method, ID verification, and other factors determined solely by the
    company. The company will debit your user account and/or means of payment when you
    request to place a game entry via the website.

Your Obligations


You agree that, at all times, when using the Service:

  1. Age and Legal Capacity: You are over 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your
    jurisdiction) and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement with us.
  2. Legality: You are in a country of residence where it is lawful to use the Service.

    Gibraltar, Jamaica, Jordan, Lebanon, Mali, Mozambique, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan,
    Palestinian Territory, Panama, Philippines, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Tajikistan,
    Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, Vietnam, Zimbabwe.
  5. Authorized Use of Payment Method: You are authorized to use the debit/credit card or
    other payment method you provide.
  6. Responsible Use: You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third
    party. You acknowledge that betting can result in financial loss, and you are responsible
    for that loss.


Registration


1.Verification: You must personally complete the registration form and accept these Terms.
Verification may require proof of identity & proof of residence, and we reserve the right to
suspend your Account if required documentation is not provided.


2.Single Account: You may only register one Account with the Service. If multiple Accounts are
found, we may close them.


3.Account Information: You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and
up-to-date. Communication with you will be sent to your Registered Email Address.


4.Security: You must keep your password confidential. If you suspect misuse, contact us
immediately. We may require additional documentation to verify your identity if unauthorized
activity is suspected.


Restricted Use


You must not use the Service if:
● You are under 18 or below the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
● You collect information from other Customers or disrupt the operation of the Service
● You engage in cheating, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate markets or outcomes.


We may terminate your Account if you use the Service for unauthorized purposes and may take
legal action against you if warranted.


Privacy


Any information provided to us by you will be processed in strict accordance with these Terms
and our Privacy Policy. We will only disclose your information if legally required by competent
authorities or as specified in our Privacy Policy.


Upon registration, your information is stored in our database, which may include storage outside
the European Economic Area (EEA). By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the transfer of
your information as necessary to provide the Service.


Account Rules and Termination


Currency: All transactions on your Account will be processed in the currency chosen at
registration.


Self-Exclusion and Limitations: You may request self-exclusion by contacting us through your
Registered Email Address.


Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or close Accounts and refund balances
for non-compliance with these Terms. If closed due to breach, we may void any bets placed.


Limitation on the Number of Account per Player: Only one account per person is allowed (one
name, one account, one IP address). Using multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and in such
instances all accounts will be closed immediately.


Deposits – Withdrawals:


Deposits: Deposits should be made in the currency of your Account, using methods outlined on
the Website. Fees may apply to deposits not rolled over three times.


The minimum deposit amount is $20 (or equivalent in other currencies). The maximum standard
deposit is $2500 (or equivalent in other currencies).


Withdrawals:

  1. You might send a withdrawal disposal through your Account.
  2. The Deposit funds that come from your payments placed through a selected payment
    method might only be withdrawn through the same payment method, without prejudice to
    paragraphs 4 and 5.
  3. The Deposit funds that come from the Winnings might be withdrawn with any method
    that you select, without prejudice to paragraphs 4 and 5.
  4. A payment card withdrawal disposal might only be carried out to the amount of funds
    paid for use of the particular payment card.
  5. The Company will make their best effort to withdraw the funds through your preferred
    payment method. In the event that a withdrawal using a selected method is not possible,
    the funds will be withdrawn through a bank transfer or other method agreed upon by you
    and the Company.
  6. The minimum withdrawal amount is $20.
  7. The company charges no fees for withdrawing funds, although there might be costs and
    fees coming from third-party entities. All payments of this kind will be covered out of the
    withdrawn funds.
  8. The Company reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal of funds in the event of a
    suspicion (according to the Company’s voice), that you might take or perform actions
    recognized as a fraud, violating the existing law or in other way violating the interest of
    the Company or causing any doubts. In such events, the Company may take, engage in
    or support any investigation on the matter (including, but not limited to making all the
    information, including personal data, available to any third-party entities the Company
    will deem requiring this information), while you agree to cooperate and support all the
    actions taken by the Company in this matter.
  9. If you deposit in crypto: Crypto currencies’ value can change dramatically
    depending on the market value.


Payment Processing:


Payments may be processed by third parties, and you agree to their terms, provided they do not
conflict with these Terms. You are responsible for any bank charges incurred from deposits or
withdrawals.


Errors


In the event of an error or malfunction, all affected bets will be voided. If you become aware of
an error, you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to cancel bets affected by errors,
including system malfunctions, incorrect odds, or erroneous results.


General Rules


Event Results: Bets are settled based on the event’s result as of its conclusion, with final results
posted within 72 hours. Only errors identified within 72 hours of posting will be corrected.


Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount wagered.


Prohibited Behavior


You agree not to engage in behavior deemed unlawful, inappropriate, or otherwise prohibited,
including:
● Transmitting harmful or objectionable content.
● Engaging in fraudulent or misleading activities.
● Interfering with other users or Service operations.
● Creating Accounts under false pretenses or using automated processes.


We may terminate your Account for engaging in prohibited behavior without notice. Any
suspected violations may also be reported to relevant authorities.


Intellectual Property


Doublejack.online and related logos are registered trademarks of Graucus Trade Ltd.
Unauthorized use of trademarks, content, or system resources will be pursued legally.


You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal,
non-commercial use. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute content on the Service
without permission. Violation of these rights may result in civil and criminal penalties.


Anti-Money Laundering


We are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) and funding of terrorism laws, and we must in
this regard perform due diligence on customers.


The information provided to us for the purposes of our due diligence obligations shall be
handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Players hereby acknowledge that we shall use
the information obtained from him/her for our due diligence obligations to conduct public
searches and perform checks to verify the information provided to us. Where we are unable to
conclude our due diligence obligations because we have not received the required information
from the player or we are otherwise unable to verify his/her identity, no activity may be
undertaken from the account and the account will be blocked and/or terminated.


In such event, we shall return any Deposit Funds present on the account at the time of blocking
and/or termination except where it is necessary for us to delay or withhold payment of all or
some of the player’s funds to comply with our legal obligations. We reserve the right to ask for
any additional information and documentation to fulfil our due diligence obligations, and any
communication for the provision of information/documentation is not to be deemed as being the
final communication in this regard.


If we become aware or suspect that the information provided by the player is materially false,
we shall cancel the registration and take any other steps that may be required by us under law.
We will not pay out any winnings in such circumstances.


Complaints and Disputes

satisfied, you have the option to escalate your complaint to our licensing body by emailing to

Disputes must be lodged within three days from the date the bet was settled. Complaints should
be sent from your Registered Email Address.


Matters Beyond Our Control


We are not liable for failure or delay in providing the Service due to events beyond our control,
including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, or disruptions to telecommunication
services.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction


The Service provided by Graucus Trade Ltd is governed by the laws of Hong Kong and licensed
by the Tobique Gaming Commission (license number: 10).


Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the governing laws of Tobique and
Hong Kong.


Breach of Contract


Taking into account all previous points, the following constitutes a severe breach of the Terms of
Service:


● Using a VPN or masking the IP address;
● Making use of stolen property/funds to engage in gambling activities on our website;
● Colluding with third parties/individuals;
● Exploitation of a system/software error to your advantage;
● The use of automated players (bots); and/or,
● Using our Services illicitly (including but not limited to money laundering or any other
type of criminal activities).


Entire Agreement


These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Graucus Trade Ltd with respect
to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
